Our Satisfaction Guarantee (Refund Policy)

agopc (MNC) offers our customers a 15-day (from original packing list/invoice date) Satisfaction Guarantee on purchases*, except when there is any physical damage or damage from improper use which will effectively void this guarantee. Physical damage includes, but is not limited to, improper handling and/or any other type of damage. All returns must be 100% complete (all labels on the unit must be intact), and in new, original condition and must include the original packaging material, manuals, and all accessories provided. A 15% restocking fee may apply to any return.

*Our Satisfaction Guarantee (Refund Policy) is available on one (1) ago7 unit per customer/company. agopc (MNC) will not refund any shipping charges.

The customer must comply with the Product Return Procedure outlined below. Any breach of agopc's (MNC's) Return Procedure will result in the loss of the satisfaction guarantee/refund policy. All return shipments that do not comply with our Product Return Procedure will be rejected.

Warranty Repair Request

agopc (MNC) will evaluate the unit and verify that any repairs fall under the warranty policy. If the repair is not covered by the 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty, agopc (MNC) will contact the customer with the cost of the repair. agopc (MNC) will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges.

The customer must comply with the Product Return Procedure outline below.

Product Return Procedure

To return a product for either the Satisfaction Guarantee or for Warranty Repair, customer must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA") number for the product before returning it. Please call 612-788-9365 during our regular business hours of 9am – 4pm CST Monday-Friday to receive an RA number. Do not send an e-mail for an RA number. Returns without prior authorization and an RA number will NOT be accepted.

For the Satisfaction Guarantee, an RA number must be requested within the 15 day time period. agoPC (MNC) must receive the product within 10 days from the date the RA number is issued.

Once issued, RA numbers are valid for 10 days within which returned products must be received by agoPC (MNC). Customer should prominently display the RA number(s) on the shipping label of the box.

Customer is responsible for shipping any returned product to agoPC (MNC) and agrees to use only carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to pay all shipping and insurance charges and is solely responsible for all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.

Order Processing

Your order will be processed within approximately 48 hours, as long as the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. If there is a problem with the order, you will be contacted.

Changing or cancelling orders

If you need to make a change or cancel an order that has NOT already been processed, please call us at 612-788-9365 during our regular business hours of 9am-4pm CST. Do NOT send any requests for changes to an order by e-mail.

Order Discrepancy

Customers must inform agopc (MNC) of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the original invoice date so that we may resolve the situation accordingly.

Refused Shipments

agopc(MNC) will charge a 15% restocking fee plus any shipping charges for refused shipments by a customer. This also applies to any shipment sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
